You can initiate the consultation process in two ways:

Step 1: Design
The process begins with an initial consultation with one of our Virtual Jewelry Experts. This is the time to share your inspiration and any ideas you may have for custom jewelry. Our expert will then move you to the design phase and match you to a dedicated Virtual Jewelry Expert who will help bring your dream to life.
Step 2: CAD Rendering
If you choose to move into the design phase, your dedicated design expert will work with you to create a CAD rendering of your custom piece with up to three sets of revisions. You will develop and refine your design together to ensure that the design you envisioned matches what your designer created for you.
Step 3: Wax Model
Once you are happy with your design, your expert will create a quote based on the approved CAD rendering. We create a resin “try on” model of your piece for you to test at home and approve before you buy your final piece.
Step 4: Cast & Set
Ready to commit? Once you’re ready to move forward, our jewelers will get to work turning your dream into a reality following your final design approval. Your dedicated design expert will create a final quote based on the final approved design, assist you through the checkout process, and submit your design for production.
Step 5: Finishing Touches
Your exceptional creation is made within 20 business days following final design approval and is shipped within 2 days.
